These coins were also often in use in British overseas territories, and indeed these are good places to locate the coins, and could be used to fund all-inclusive vacation packages in such territories as Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, and even while staying at Turks and Caicos hotels or British Virgin Islands destinations, as part of the Commonwealth.
